Happy Birthday Miss 2 Year old!

It's all down hill from here McKenzie, I promise. You can walk, sort of talk, sas your Mom, put your shoes on backwards, and your coat on inside out. You're ready to work in Congress! Mommy's so proud! Just kidding. Sort of.

Mckenzie turned 2 on the 19th. We celebrated by having a Mickey Mouse Hot dog party on Saturday. It was so much fun to see little miss thing run around and play with all her friends. We had a great time grilling, and I tried, I really did try to make some fun appetizers.. They sort of turned out. Oh and the cake, well, that's a funny one... I cannot draw a stick figure let alone decorate a cake. But my Mother in law bought me a kit and before I could destroy the cake, Shawn stepped in with his decorating abilities and decorated the cake.. except for the sun and clouds in which Mickey is perched in.. I did that part.. The best looking part. But we didn't get a picture of it, before a cup dropped right into the cake and ruined it. Hopefully you can't tell. McKenzie couldn't so we assume that we pulled it off.

Happy birthday to my little skinny Minny! You really are my pride and joy! I love watching you dance around and sing with all your effort. I love playing with you, and watching you grow. You learn a new word every day, and it's cute to hear you shot "Stop!" at Dad, especially in church where everyone can hear you. Now get some fat on you! Doc says your too skinny and you better discover milk soon... Or else!
Now in the words of McKenzie "Bye dies!" (This means bye guyes)

Wish us luck

Shawn came home today and expressed the desire to go on a diet. This came after a day where he explained his meal to me. It consisted of 2 king size candy bars, a large bag of munchos, 2 big pieces of fried chicken, 1 large mash potatoes, and 4 big gulps.. This was just for dinner. I am excited and eager for his willingness to listen to his body who apparently has been telling him he's not too fund of his eating lately..

As for me, I am determined to get legs that DO NOT TOUCH when standing straight up.. I hope to go from this

to this..

Wish me luck! I'm going to need it!

Clean up! Clean up! Every body Every where!

Ahh nothing like a little cleaning music to get you motivated!

Christmas 2010

We had a great Christmas this year with McKenzie! We decided to open presents with our own little family, and it was so much fun! I made a big breakfast, watched the Christmas Story about 15 times, and had a blast watching McKenzie open presents. Shawn got a new sweater, McKenzie got a million toys, including a new bike, and I got a Kirby vacume. Not us, not the house, ME! But oh how I love that sucker upper.. It's great. That evening, we went to Mom and Dad Bingham's for dinner and presents. I love my Dad; this picture of him shows where I get my oh so dry sense of Humor. Plus a couple of Pics of me and my Kiddo the Sunday before Christmas. Shawn had to fly to Denver so he couldn't make the Photo that didn't come out anyway... Long story there.

Happy 4th year Anniversary

This post is dedicated to the Crazy man that resides with me. You are my sweet, funny, stinky, sensitive, sexy, smart knight in shining armor, and I will forever love you. I love looking back on our lives together and remembering all of the fun memories we've made together. You gave us our beautiful little girl and I love you for that. I can still look into your beautiful sea foam green eyes (my favorite color of course) and fall back in love with you 100 times over.

Thanks for an awesome 4 years, and here's to hoping that next year, you get me a big fat diamond for our 5th year anniversary. Just kidding. Another child will suffice.

Lots of Love,
Your equally as crazy wife
Denielle
